Open Positions

We are hiring for multiple roles within our Packing and Engineering departments. Candidates from both the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries are encouraged to apply.

• Team Member – Blister Packing:
  • Requirements: Diploma in Engineering with 5–8 years of experience.
  • Skills: Hands-on expertise in operating CAM MX blister packing machines.
• Team Member – Engineering (Process Instrumentation):
  • Requirements: Diploma or B.Tech in Instrumentation with 6–10 years of experience.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems, with experience in managing various pharmaceutical machinery.
• Specialist – SIT (Engineering) – Site Investigations:
  • Requirements: B.Tech (Mechanical) or B.Pharm with 6–8 years of experience.
  • Skills: Expertise in leading root cause analysis (RCA) and managing complex technical investigations.
• Team Member – Engineering (Process Mechanical):
  • Requirements: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 4–8 years of experience.
  • Skills: Experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) process equipment maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Diploma in Engineering, B.Sc., B.Pharm, or B.Tech.
• Academic Performance: A minimum of 60% aggregate in academic qualifications is required.
• Experience: 2 to 10 years of relevant industry experience (Pharma or FMCG).
• Technical Knowledge: Specific expertise in ointment, nasal, and oral solid dosage manufacturing or packing processes is essential.
