Position Overview
We are currently looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Officers or Senior Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in pharmaceutical production or quality control to grow their careers in a dynamic, high-standard environment. We are inviting qualified individuals to attend our upcoming walk-in interview to discuss roles across our Quality Control (Microbiology and Chemical) and Downstream Production (DSP) departments.
Department Roles and Responsibilities
1. Quality Control (Microbiology)
The Micro QC team ensures our products meet the highest safety and sterility standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining specifications, Methods of Analysis (MOA), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Managing sterilization records for autoclaves, media, and glassware.
- Executing environmental monitoring, including settle plates, contact plates, and air sampler testing.
- Conducting microbial testing for water, raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
- Managing BET validation (Gel Clot/KTA methods) and Microbial Limit Tests (MLT).
- Handling calibration and operation of critical laboratory instruments such as pH meters, incubators, TOC analyzers, and micropipettes.
- Supporting validation activities, including autoclave/DHS validation and media fill trials.
2. Quality Control (Chemical)
The Chemical QC team is responsible for the analytical integrity of our materials. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and reviewing raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and stability study samples.
- Drafting and reviewing analytical documentation, including specifications, MOA, and test data sheets.
- Conducting method validation, verification, and transfer processes.
- Managing equipment qualification and drafting departmental SOPs.
- Expertise in operating laboratory instrumentation, including HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Karl-Fischer, Potentiometers, and other advanced analytical tools.
3. Production (Downstream Processing – DSP)
The DSP team handles the critical phases of fermentation and downstream purification. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring fermentation downstream equipment throughout the scale-up and production lifecycle.
- Developing and optimizing processes to improve yield, efficiency, and overall product quality.
- Working with automated equipment such as filter presses, cross-flow filters, and spray dryers.
- Troubleshooting technical issues to ensure continuous production status.
- Ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with SOPs, Master Process Control Records (MPCR), and Batch Production Control Records (BPCR).
Candidate Qualifications
- Education: Candidates must hold a B.Pharma, B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering, or an M.Sc. degree in Bio-Chemistry or Chemistry.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or laboratory environment is required.
- Skills: Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge in their respective domains, a detail-oriented approach to documentation, and the ability to work effectively in shift operations.
