Role and Responsibilities
As an Officer or Senior Officer in our ARD department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficacy of our products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analytical Method Development: Developing and validating robust analytical methods, including HPLC, GC, UV, and Dissolution testing, strictly adhering to EU regulatory standards.
- Testing and Stability: Conducting routine and stability analysis to ensure all batches meet established product specifications.
- Quality and Compliance: Strictly following QMS procedures, GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), and cGMP guidelines during all daily laboratory operations.
- Instrumentation: Managing and calibrating sophisticated laboratory equipment, including HPLC, GC, pH meters, balances, and dissolution apparatus.
- Documentation: Preparing and maintaining essential technical documentation such as STPs (Standard Test Procedures), specifications, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Formulation Focus: Collaborating closely with the formulation team to support the development of various dosage forms, with a specific preference for experience in injectable or tablet dosage forms.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess a deep understanding of analytical research and development. The ideal applicant will demonstrate:
- Hands-on experience in an ARD or Quality Control environment, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.
- A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation protocols.
- Proven technical proficiency in laboratory equipment maintenance and validation.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented research setting.
Educational Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must hold one of the following degrees:
- B.Pharma with a specialization in Pharmaceutical Analysis, Quality Assurance, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
- M.Pharma in any relevant specialization.
- M.Sc. in Chemistry or related sciences.
