Available Positions
We are looking for candidates at different stages of their careers to join our growing research department:
- Junior Research Scientist: Candidates should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a relevant research setting. This role is ideal for individuals looking to solidify their technical skills and grow within a professional research organization.
- Senior Research Scientist: Candidates should have 4–5 years of experience in the field. Applicants for this position should possess a strong background in study management and team collaboration, with the ability to lead experimental processes with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
As a Research Scientist within our team, your primary focus will be the execution of high-quality in vivo studies. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Study Execution: Conducting comprehensive pharmacology and toxicology studies in accordance with established protocols.
- Dosing and Administration: Managing precise dose preparation and ensuring accurate administration during trial phases.
- Animal Care and Handling: Providing high-standard care, monitoring health status, and performing sample collection in line with ethical guidelines.
- Compliance: Ensuring all laboratory activities, data recording, and study procedures are strictly compliant with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines.
- Data Management: Analyzing study data, maintaining meticulous documentation, and preparing professional reports to summarize research findings for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Proven experience in in vivo research, specifically within the fields of pharmacology or toxicology.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong fundamental knowledge of animal handling, dosing techniques, and the ability to handle biological samples safely.
- Analytical Thinking: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex experimental data.
- Soft Skills: A collaborative spirit, strong communication abilities, and the professional discipline to work in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment.
