Eligibility

• Experience: 1–4 years (minimum 1 year in Content Moderation is mandatory)

• Education: Graduates only (must have all documents – PC & CMM).

• Not Eligible: Pursuing candidates (UG/PG), candidates without valid experience letters.

Job Details

• Salary: ₹2.25 – 3.25 LPA

• Work Mode: Work from office

• Shifts: Rotational (including night shifts)

• Work Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational week-offs)

• Immediate joiners only

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills (English)

• Ability to handle sensitive/inappropriate content with maturity

• Good time management, problem-solving & analytical skills

• Strong work ethic; able to work with minimal supervision

• Experience with internet & social communication tools

• Ability to strictly follow policies and procedures
