  • Experience: 0 – 3 years

  • Education: Graduation not mandatory (open to undergraduates as well)

Job Highlights & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls (customer queries, complaints, support).

  • Provide product/service information and accurate resolutions.

  • Maintain proper records of interactions in system.

  • Deliver service with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

  • Work in rotational shifts (including weekends/holidays).

Required Skills:

  • Excellent spoken English (other languages an added advantage).

  • Strong listening, problem-solving & communication skills.

  • Customer-first mindset with ability to work under pressure.

  • Flexibility to work shifts in a fast-paced environment.
