Eligibility & Requirements

• Experience: 1 – 4 years (Customer Service / Order Management preferred)

• Qualification: Any Graduate (Non-Computer Science background allowed)

• Shifts: Rotational (including Night shifts)

• Notice Period: Immediate – 30 days

• Skills Required:

  • Strong communication (English – written & verbal)

  • Customer service & order management experience

  • Problem-solving, attention to detail & multitasking

  • MS Office proficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order-related inquiries (tracking, shipping, delivery issues)

• Handle escalations and customer complaints

• Suggest process improvements for better efficiency

• Accurate data entry and order records
