Responsibilities
-
Provide IT support to end users (application, system, and network issues).
-
Troubleshoot & resolve incidents via call, chat, email, or walk-in.
-
Log & document all activities in the incident management tool.
-
Escalate high-priority tickets when necessary.
-
Maintain high-quality customer service while resolving queries.
-
Work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
Skills Required
-
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
-
Knowledge of ITIL Framework & service desk processes.
-
Familiarity with Windows, Mac OS, VDI environments.
-
Basic networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN).

Knowledge of Active Directory, MFA, printer mapping.

Application support for Outlook, MS Office 365, Zoom, Jabber, VPN, Browsers.

Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
-
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends & holidays.
