Job Highlights

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 customer support for HR service delivery

  • Handle inbound calls/emails and ensure issue resolution

  • Escalate unresolved queries to internal teams as per process

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and security verification protocols

  • Support recruitment activities and candidate queries

  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and process updates

  • Ensure SLA targets and high customer satisfaction levels

Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office & Ticketing Systems (ServiceNow preferred)

  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude

  • Quick learner, disciplined, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
