Job Highlights

Key Responsibilities

• Perform HCC record abstraction and coding with 95%+ accuracy

• Validate HCC mapped diagnoses for revenue generation

• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, CMS rules, and HIPAA standards

• Review medical records for correct coding procedures

• Identify trends in documentation/coding errors and provide feedback

• Apply strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of HCC coding

• Excellent written & verbal communication

• Analytical and problem-solving ability

• Time management and organizational skills

• Clinical background preferred but not mandatory
