Key Responsibilities

Check Medication Administration Records in wards and rectify errors.

Review patient records and coordinate with Clinical Pharmacologists for clarifications.

Manage non-formulary drug requests and suggest formulary substitutes.

Inspect drugs in impress stock, crash carts, disaster kits, and ambulances regularly.

Document restricted antibiotics and report usage to Clinical Pharmacologists.

Monitor adverse drug reactions and escalate as needed.

Serve as a drug information resource for doctors and healthcare staff.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Pharma / Pharm D.
