  • Handle email & chat queries with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Manage order processing, inquiries, and client databases.

  • Validate order information and ensure compliance with policies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly.

  • Maintain high attention to detail and workflow efficiency.

  • Support order-to-cash processes across multiple products.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream.

  • Must have excellent spoken & written English communication skills.

  • Strong email etiquette with a customer service focus.

  • Experience in Order Management preferred.

  • Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts.
