Review and adjudicate claims forms (CMS 1500 & UB04).

Ensure accuracy and compliance in claims handling.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.

Work during night shifts (5:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
Candidate Profile

Education: Any graduate.

Experience: 1–4 years in US Healthcare Claims Adjudication.

Skills: Strong knowledge of US healthcare plans & claim forms.
