Job Responsibilities

Review and moderate online content per defined guidelines

Identify and escalate trends, issues, and sensitive cases

Ensure high standards of accuracy and quality

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining compliance

Work with sensitive/egregious content (graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, hate speech, etc.)
Candidate Requirements

Any Graduate (except Law/Diploma)

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Flexibility to work in night shifts and weekends

Prior customer service experience is an added advantage
