Job Summary

This role involves customer service support and collections through inbound and outbound calls in the US healthcare domain. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in RCM/DME.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to insurance companies/customers for eligibility verification, prior authorization, and information updates.

  • Handle inbound calls to resolve queries, complaints, and payments at the first point of contact.

  • Log, track, and process service requests as per KPIs and SLAs.

  • Manage daily workflows, update records, and ensure compliance with US healthcare standards.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute ideas.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills (neutral accent).

  • Familiarity with US culture and healthcare compliance.

  • Active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good data entry and typing ability.

  • Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic work environments.

  • Effective team player with multitasking ability.

Education & Experience

  • Qualification: Graduation (any stream)

  • Experience: 12–24 months in International Voice (Inbound/Outbound) process, preferably in AR Calling / Patient Handling / Provider / DME
