Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Candidates with experience in international or domestic voice processes are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally.

  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.

  • Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues.

  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and CSAT.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).

  • 10 months to 3 years of experience in customer support or client servicing (with valid documents).

  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written).

  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure.

  • Basic computer proficiency; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
