Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Shift: Fixed Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Make follow-up calls to insurance companies regarding pending claims.

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally.

  • Provide accurate product, service, and policy information.

  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed.

  • Maintain proper records of interactions and resolutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.

  • Meet performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, CSAT).

Eligibility

  • Education: Any Graduate (Preferred)

  • Experience: 10 months – 3 years (International or Domestic Voice Process)

  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

  • Skills Required:

    • Excellent English (verbal & written)

    • Strong problem-solving & listening skills

    • Basic computer knowledge / CRM familiarity

    • Calm, empathetic, and professional attitude
