FRD Scientist:
- Qualification: M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceuticals)
- Experience : 9 to 10 yrs. (OSD & solutions)
Skills Required:
- Coordinate with the analytical team and provide product development sample submission planning support as per the project requirement.
- Exposure to end-to-end product development of oral solid dosages, Solutions.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate with colleagues to define and implement screening and characterization strategies according to project timelines.
- Design and execution of pharmaceutical development experiments, pre-formulation trials, development batches, compatibility studies & and stability as proposed by a group leader
- Process optimization and finalization of critical process parameters with the QBD concept.
- Good communication and coordination skills and the ability to work with a cross-functional team
FARD Research Associate:
- Qualification M. Pharmacy (Analytical)/M.Sc.(Analytical)
- Experience: 3-4 yrs. (Formulation Experience)
Skills Required:
- Sound knowledge of Dissolution, Assay, RS Analytical method development for tablets, capsules, oral solutions, ICH stability testing. Water HPLC, UV-visible spectrophotometer, KF Auto tiltrotor, Analytical method validations, transfer and verifications as per ICH guidelines and USP/BP guidelines, Analysis of in-process, stability & protocol driven samples. Reports, Protocols and STP, SOP’s Preparation. GLPActivities. Chromatographic software like Empower.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project management for formulation development, scale-up, and technology transfer activities.
- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring effective communication, relationship management, and timely project updates.
- Develop and monitor detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including formulation scientists, analytical teams, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and manufacturing
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EMA, ICH, WHO, SAHPRA, etc.) throughout project execution
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues affecting timelines, budget, or quality.
- Drive project governance through regular review meetings, documentation, update of project artefacts, and progress reporting to senior management and clients
- Support regulatory filings by coordinating data collation for dossiers (CTD, ANDA, NDA, IMPD. etc.).
- Foster continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and team collaboration
Required Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation development.
2. Excellent project management skills with proven record of on-time, successful project delivery.
3. Good under standing of GMP, GLP, and regulatory submission requirements.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle client expectations.

6. Analytical thinking, risk assessment, and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, or equivalent).
