Experience: 4 – 9 years (in chemical / agrochemical production)
Key Requirements

Hands-on experience with DCS panel or field operation in a DCS-controlled plant.

Strong understanding of safety protocols and hazardous chemical handling.

Ability to manage multiple unit operations simultaneously.

Knowledge of solvent recovery, distillation, and batch processing.
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Operate and monitor YOKOGAWA DCS systems.
-
Plan, control, and execute production batches.
-
Supervise batch charging and verify raw material quantities.
-
Maintain process parameters as per SOP.
-
Handle solvent recovery and distillation columns (atmospheric & vacuum).
-
Ensure adherence to MSDS and process safety standards.
-
Manage GLR/SS reactors, centrifugal & piston pumps, and vacuum systems.
-
Oversee packaging and final product dispatch.
-
Ensure compliance with EHS standards and safety permits.
