Role Overview
As a Content Moderator, you will:

Review online content and apply moderation guidelines.

Identify and escalate sensitive or non-compliant content (graphic violence, hate speech, etc.).

Maintain content quality and provide excellent support.

Spot trends, provide insights, and help improve the moderation process.

Ensure adherence to company policies and content standards.
Required Skills

Strong English comprehension and communication skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Emotional resilience to handle sensitive or disturbing content.

Customer service experience preferred.
