Available Roles & Requirements

1. Pensions Process

  • Experience: 1–3 years

  • Skills:

    • Written communication skills

    • Knowledge of insurance operations (claims, alterations, servicing)

    • Familiarity with UK industry regulations

  • Responsibilities:

    • Handle written enquiries from policyholders & IFAs

    • Process back-office tasks & handle complaints

    • Maintain compliance & contribute to team meetings/projects

2. Approved Retirement Fund (ARF)

  • Experience: 1–3 years

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s in Finance or related field

  • Skills:

    • 2+ years in retirement fund operations

    • Data entry & reconciliation

    • Knowledge of ARF products & compliance standards

  • Responsibilities:

    • Manage post-retirement ARF processes (income payments, fund switches, etc.)

    • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, & compliance

3. Savings & Investments

  • Experience: 1–3 years

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s in Finance or related field

  • Skills:

    • 2+ years in financial/insurance operations

    • Strong MS Excel skills

    • Knowledge of savings & investment products

  • Responsibilities:

    • Process investment activities for new business

    • Handle underwriting & data matching with accuracy

    • Ensure compliance & data integrity

4. Individual Personal Retirement Savings Account (IP / IE)

  • Experience: 1–3 years

  • Skills:

    • Strong written communication

    • Knowledge of life & pension servicing

    • Customer service & regulatory compliance (UK insurance regulations)

  • Responsibilities:

    • Handle claims, alterations, & complaints

    • Manage customer correspondence

    • Support continuous improvement in a team environment

  • UG: Any Graduate (preferably Finance-related degree)
