Key Responsibilities

Perform network troubleshooting and configuration support.

Manage routing and switching tasks across multiple environments.

Provide L1 support for network issues within SLA timelines.

Coordinate with senior engineers for escalations and root cause analysis.

Monitor network performance and suggest improvement measures.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Hands-on experience in Routing, Switching, and Network Monitoring Tools.

Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, and firewall concepts.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Flexible to work in rotational 24/7 shifts.
