Roles & Responsibilities

Handle outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) through analysis and calls.

Utilize available tools and applications for claim resolutions, appeals, and corrections.

Identify and report trends in denials and billing issues.

Maintain quality and productivity per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
-
Record accurate outcomes of each interaction in the billing system.
-
Follow and stay updated with process policies and procedures (P&Ps).
Eligibility & Qualifications

Education: Graduate Freshers – BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Maths), MBA, MCA, or Diploma (10+12+Diploma).

Passing Year: 2019 – 2024 (2025 graduates eligible if final results available).

Note: B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech candidates are not eligible.
