Key Responsibilities

Provide L1 network support for enterprise clients in a 24/7 environment.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity issues.

Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams with proper documentation.

Maintain service quality and meet SLAs through timely resolution.

Support configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of switches, routers, and firewalls.
Required Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: 1–3 years in network operations or technical support.

Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPNs, and Cisco devices.
-
CCNA certification (or equivalent knowledge) preferred.

Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
