Job Description:
- Department: Quality Assurance

Experience: 05 to 08 Years
- Education- B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm candidates can apply.
- Job Location: Unit 2, Pashamylaram, Telangana
Required Skills (Injectables):
- Review of master Batch Production and Control Records (BPCR) and media fill.
- Records & Submission batch protocols and reports.
- Issuance of BPCR’s as per batch requisitions initiated by production.
- Retrieval of BPCR’s in case of batch cancellation/planning changes.
- Review of completed BPCR for accuracy of the data and compilation for final release.
- Reporting if any deviation in the BPCR to Head QA & Storage and retrieval of the executed BPCR.
- Review of Media fill records and preparations of Media fill reports.
- Preparation of Standard operating procedures (SOPs) & Review of submission batch protocols.
- Preparation and review of Process validation protocols and reports.
- Preparation and review of Cleaning validation protocols and reports & Review of BOMs.
- Dispatch of Finished products as per customer requirements.
- Should have vast knowledge on Batch Release & Process Validations.
