Job Description

Genpact invites energetic and motivated freshers to join its customer experience team as Domestic Chat & Voice Support Executives. This role involves assisting customers through calls and chat, resolving queries, providing technical guidance, and ensuring a positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and multiple chat sessions simultaneously.

  • Respond promptly to customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.

  • Support technical issues related to domains, hosting, email, SSL, and related services.

  • Document and report bugs, suggestions, or issues.

  • Ensure timely and quality service delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations.

  • Upsell relevant products based on customer requirements.

  • Maintain strong process knowledge and compliance with client policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduation in any discipline (except Law).

  • Freshers from 2021–2025 batches are eligible.

  • Knowledge of Email Clients and Internet Technology (Websites, Hosting, Browsers, Security).

  • Good communication and analytical skills.

  • Customer-centric approach with proficiency in English and Hindi.

Preferred Skills

  • Effective probing and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication with a neutral accent.

  • Strong understanding of technical troubleshooting.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
