Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduates from: BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths), MBA, MCA

  • Passed out years: 2020–2024

  • Not Eligible: B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, Diploma holders

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US shifts)

  • Logical thinking and analytical ability

Shift Timings

  • 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM OR 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US Shift)

  • Two-way cab facility provided (within boundary limits)

  • Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts receivable (AR) through analysis and outbound calls.

  • Use tools and applications to resolve billing or payment issues.

  • Report trends in denials, credentialing, and claim submission errors.

  • Update call outcomes and ensure SLA compliance.

  • Adhere to AGS Health’s policies and continuously improve based on feedback.
