Call US insurance payers for claim evaluation and resolution

Review and handle claim denial/non-denial cases

Update actions taken in billing systems accurately

Escalate process issues & identify improvement areas

Follow defined SOPs, trackers & billing workflows

Support Revenue Cycle Management operations
