Role & Responsibilities

Moderate and validate digital listings (content accuracy >98%)

Ensure completion of assigned work within SLA/TAT timelines

Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in updates

Monitor individual performance metrics and proactively improve them
-
Resolve data inconsistencies and ensure correct information on maps/navigation platforms
-
Achieve 100% user satisfaction with zero client escalations
-
Identify improvement areas and communicate with supervisors effectively
Preferred Candidate Profile

Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate

Experience: 0–4 years (International Voice or BPO preferred)

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English

Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (both mandatory)

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office

Good computer literacy and web navigation

Typing speed: ≥30 WPM

Familiarity with Google Maps and Geographical awareness
