Position: UK Insurance Blended Process (Voice & Non-Voice)

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries for UK-based Insurance processes through voice and email/chat channels.

Provide accurate and timely administrative support within set process guidelines.

Respond to customer inquiries, analyze information, and escalate complex issues as needed.

Record all transactions and customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.

Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities.

Make outbound calls to clients or stakeholders as per defined protocols.

Maintain high standards of communication quality and adherence to UK insurance compliance norms.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate (Any stream – Technical/Non-Technical).

Technical graduates (BE/B.Tech) must have minimum 6 months of international voice experience.

Experience: 0–6 months in back-end or BPO processes (preferably in Pension, Life Insurance, Superannuation, Retirement Services, or BFSI domains).

Skills Required:

Excellent English communication (written & verbal).

Neutral accent and call management ability.

Knowledge of UK Insurance/Retirement industry preferred.

Shift Timing: UK Shifts (12:00 PM – 12:00 AM window; 9.5-hour shift)

Work Days: Monday to Friday (Sat–Sun fixed off)
