Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Executive (Voice / Blended Process), you will be responsible for handling customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails. The role involves providing information, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.

  • Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide accurate information about products or services.

  • Record and maintain details of customer interactions.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts and week-offs.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication in English.

  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy.

  • Basic computer skills and adaptability to new software tools.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekends/holidays).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

  • Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers can apply)

  • Immediate joiners preferred

Salary Package:

  • ₹1.75 – ₹3.25 LPA (₹14,000 – ₹27,000 per month)

    • Final offer depends on performance in interview and prior experience.

Work Schedule:

  • 5 Days Working

  • 2 Rotational Week-Offs

  • Shift Timings: Rotational (Voice / Blended Process)

  • Mode: Work from Office (Noida)
