  • Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate

  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers preferred)

  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills required

  • Shift: Night Shift only (US process)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) process for US clients

  • Work on voice and non-voice processes (calling and backend support)

  • Resolve billing issues, track payments, and ensure timely collections

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate billing and financial records

  • Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations

  • Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication

Skills Required:

  • Good command over spoken and written English

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Analytical and problem-solving ability

  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone)

  • Fast learner with attention to detail
