Work on voice and non-voice processes (calling and backend support)

Resolve billing issues, track payments, and ensure timely collections

Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate billing and financial records

Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations

Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication
Skills Required:

Good command over spoken and written English

Basic computer knowledge
