Experience Required:

1 – 2 years of experience in International BPO / Customer Support / Seller Support

Salary:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduation is mandatory (any stream)

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process or Seller Support

  • Immediate joiners only

  • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including US shifts (night shifts)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer interactions via calls, chat, and email.

  • Resolve queries related to products, services, and orders.

  • Provide professional and timely support to sellers and customers.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools.

  • Meet process-specific KPIs like response time, first-call resolution, and quality scores.

  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements for better customer satisfaction.

  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and email/chat handling
