 Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Graduates and Undergraduates (No Masters / Postgraduates)

  • Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers are welcome)

  • Work Mode: From Office

  • Location: Bengaluru

  • Shifts: Day and Night Shifts (Flexible based on process requirement)

  2. AR Executive

These roles are part of Omega Healthcare’s core Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical Billing operations.

 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle AR Calling (Insurance) – follow up with U.S. insurance companies to resolve claim issues (denials, non-denials, adjustments, or payments).

  • Review patient management systems and internal databases to ensure accurate claim processing.

  • Identify and escalate trends, payer issues, and process improvements to the supervisor.

  • Maintain accurate SOPs, trackers, and issue logs.

  • Participate actively in training sessions to enhance knowledge of RCM workflows.

  • Conduct claim investigations and resolve complex patient account issues.

  • Collaborate with analysts and leads to ensure error-free account resolutions.

  • Ensure compliance with Omega Healthcare’s operational standards and data confidentiality norms.

 Key Skills Required

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2.Basic understanding of US Healthcare / Medical Billing (training provided for freshers)
3. Strong analytical and logical thinking
4.Proficiency in MS Office tools
5. Team-oriented and proactive mindset
6. Ability to work in voice / non-voice processes

 Salary Package

₹2.25 – ₹3.00 LPA (Based on performance and experience)
