These roles are part of Omega Healthcare’s core Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical Billing operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Handle AR Calling (Insurance) – follow up with U.S. insurance companies to resolve claim issues (denials, non-denials, adjustments, or payments).

Review patient management systems and internal databases to ensure accurate claim processing.
-
Identify and escalate trends, payer issues, and process improvements to the supervisor.
-
Maintain accurate SOPs, trackers, and issue logs.
-
Participate actively in training sessions to enhance knowledge of RCM workflows.
-
Conduct claim investigations and resolve complex patient account issues.
-
Collaborate with analysts and leads to ensure error-free account resolutions.
-
Ensure compliance with Omega Healthcare’s operational standards and data confidentiality norms.
Key Skills Required
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2.Basic understanding of US Healthcare / Medical Billing (training provided for freshers)
3. Strong analytical and logical thinking
4.Proficiency in MS Office tools
