Roles Open for Hiring

1️⃣ Customer Support Executive

Experience: 1–4 Years
Shifts: 24×7 rotational (includes night shifts)
Education: Full-time Graduates
Mode: Work from Office

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries via calls, chat, and email professionally and empathetically.

  • Ensure first-contact resolution and maintain service quality standards.

  • Manage time effectively while handling multiple customer interactions.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support tiers when needed.

  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

  • Positive attitude, patience, and customer-centric mindset.

  • Comfortable with rotational shifts and night support.

2️⃣ Service Desk Engineer / Technical Support

Experience: 1–4 Years (Minimum 1–3 years in IT Service Desk / Tech Support)
Shifts: 24×7 rotational (includes night shifts)
Education: Full-time Graduates (no backlogs)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote IT support for laptops, desktops, LAN, and enterprise applications.

  • Troubleshoot across Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.

  • Support Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Skype.

  • Manage patch updates, antivirus/security tools, and registry fixes.

  • Resolve basic networking issues — VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, OSI models.

Required Skills:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Operating Systems, browsers, and MS Office Suite.

  • Hands-on experience in a Service Desk / IT Support environment.

  • Familiarity with network concepts and troubleshooting.

  • Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Full-time Graduate (No active backlogs).

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Willingness to work in US time zones (night shifts).

  • Commitment to Work from Office – no hybrid or remote options.

  • Ability to undergo client-specific training and assessments.

    • 10th & 12th Mark Sheets
