Quality Control (API)
- Officer / Executive (B. Pharma/ M.sc)
- Min 2 to 6 Years for Officer
- Min 8 to 10 years Executive
Job Profile:
- Knowledge of HPLC/GC and others routine instruments of QC and work experience with regulatory compliance organizations (US FDA/EU etc.) Analysis of In-process/Assay/RM/FP/SS, OOS and OOT handling and report writing, Handling of laboratory deviation.
- Understanding of laboratory instrument software validation and 21 CFR. Analysis of API, intermediate and Raw materials.
- Knowledge of GLP Section, understanding of laboratory instruments Qualification/Calibrations.
- Good Knowledge of Analytical method transfer/Method validation/cleaning validation and Pharmacopeia updates.
Quality Control (MICRO -API)
- Sr. Executive (M.Sc. – MICROBIOLOGY)
- Min 11 to 15 years
Job Profile:
- Co-ordination for API & Formulation finished products, stability study, In-process, raw material, packaging materials.
- Allocation of work to analysts as per requirement and priority.
- Review and approval of COA’s for semi-finished goods and compilation of COA’s for regulatory submission.
- To investigate OOT, OOS, Out-of-Calibration and Deviation.
- Handling of Incident and documentation of such investigation, including corrective action and preventive action as per the requirement.
- Review and approval of documents related to method validation, transfer and equivalency etc.
- To monitor the method validation documents as per requirements.
- Handling of deviation, CAPA, laboratory incidents activities in QAMS.
- Review and approve the relevant activities in LIMS.
Electrical (API)
- Officer (B.E. – Electrical)
- Min 2 to 6 Years
Job Profile:
- Complete maintenance activities related to electrical function, new equipment installation, validation support and documentation in bulk drug facility.
- Maximize the plant availability by carrying out timely preventive maintenance and minimizing the down time.
- To optimize spare part inventory by identifying spares, deciding inventory levels, develop vendors, and import substitution. Preparation of BOQ, cost estimation related to project activities & modification activities, raise PRS/PO through SAP, tracking of material status, Preparation of bar chart related to project and modification related activities.
- Preparation of MIS reports and related reports.
Civil (FML)
- Officer / Executive (B.E. – Civil)
- Min 2 to 6 Years for Officer Min 8 to 10 years Executive
Job Profile:
- Experience in civil related activities of OSD pharma company like epoxy flooring, painting and gypsum false ceiling, walkable false ceiling.
- He should have experienced in Building maintenance activity of process and outside for facility upkeep.
- Familiar with Facility upkeep documentation.
- Familiar with SAP for PR processing for civil related activities.
- Handling ongoing project activities of site Capex and HO Capex.
- Handling of QMS. Compliance to all internal and external audits.
- Exposure of regulatory audits like MHRA, USFDA.
Instrumentation (FML)
- Officer / Executive (B.E. -Instrumentation)
- Min 2 to 6 Years for Officer
- Min 8 to 10 years Executive
Job Profile:
- Handling of Shift activities for electrical and Instrumentation of OSD Process equipment’s like Preventive maintenance, break down maintenance.
- Handling of Utility and HVAC during second shift and third shift.
- Maintaining the inventory for reducing the breakdown time.
- Electrical support for ongoing project activities of site Capex and HO Capex and tracking of ongoing project PLC validation activities of equipment during qualification.
- Handling of QMS. Compliance to all internal and external audits. Maintenance of HT, LT, transformer and PCC and MCC.
Mechanical (FML)
- Associate / Jr. Officer (DIPLOMA – Mechanical)
- Min 4 to 8 Years
Job Profile:
- Preventive maintenance activity of manufacturing and packing equipment’s of oral formulation as per schedule.
- Breakdown maintenance activity of manufacturing and packing equipment of oral formulation. Periodic requalification activity of manufacturing and packing equipment’s as per schedule.
- Equipment panel cleaning as per schedule. Discoloration verification as per schedule.
- Individual shift handling and coordination with production team for smooth operation.
- Support for contractual utility maintenance person during second and third shift.
- Facility up keep as per monthly schedule and buffing of equipment.
- Qualification of equipment’s of process as well as HVAC. Familiar with Regular QMS activity Having good knowledge of SAP PM and procurement.
Mechanical (FML)
- Executive (B.E. – Mechanical)
- Min 8 to 10 Years
Job Profile:
- Handling of plant maintenance OSD of process equipment’s and utilities. Mechanical activities of Process equipment’s, Preventive maintenance, break down maintenance.
- Maintaining the inventory for reducing the breakdown time.
- Handling ongoing project activities of site Capex and HO Capex and tracking of ongoing project documents (DQ, IQ, OQ,PQ) equipment qualification. Handling of QMS like, change control, deviation, QRM, investigation, CAPA and GMP coordinator.
- Execution of Periodic requalification and Provide support to validation team.
- Compliance to all internal and external audits.
- Handling training activities through software SABA, EDMS. Exposure of regulatory audits like MHRA, USFDA. Exposure with SAP module related engineering Support to Utility team during qualification and new project activities.
Instrumentation (API)
- Officer / Executive (B.E. -Instrumentation)
- Min 2 to 6 Years for Officer

Job Profile:
- Plant Instrument Maintenance/GMP/Calibration & Troubleshooting.
- Maintenance of Instruments Operations / troubleshooting of DAS / SCADA. CSV Validation.
- Handle QAMS systems
