Job Responsibilities
Candidates will be responsible for end-to-end case processing activities within PV operations:
Case Handling & Processing
-
Analyze complex safety data.

Perform case assessment in Argus Safety (or similar PV platforms).

Code and enter case-related information accurately.

Ensure completeness, correctness, and compliance with standards.
Compliance & Quality
-
Adhere to global and local Patient Safety guidelines.

Maintain quality documentation as per SOPs, GVP, and industry standards.

Ensure timely follow-up for missing or required information.
Process Improvement

Contribute to implementation of new PV systems and processes.

Participate in audits, CAPAs, and continuous improvement activities.

Support performance-driven work culture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of Pharmacovigilance terms & regulations
Hands-on experience with Argus or other PV databases
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written & verbal communication
Ability to work in a high-compliance environment
