Role-Based Responsibilities:
Statistical Programmer:
- Develop and validate clinical programming datasets.
- Perform SDTM/ADAM programming and TLF generation.
- Support regulatory submissions.
- Conduct CRF review and data validation.
Data Engineer:
- Develop scalable data solutions using Python/R, SQL, NoSQL.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Collaborate using GitHub or GitLab.
- Implement clinical and healthcare analytics pipelines.
Clinical Data Management:
- Lead and manage clinical data submission and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with CDISC standards and SDTM transformation.
- Oversee TMF compliance and EDC systems (Medidata Rave/eClinicalWorks).
