Key Responsibilities:
As a fresher at RPG Lifesciences Ankleshwar, you will be involved in various tasks that will help you build your expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing and engineering. Specific responsibilities will vary depending on your qualification and the department you are assigned to, but will typically include:
- Production (B.Pharm/M.Pharm):
- Assisting in pharmaceutical production processes, including formulation, manufacturing, and packaging.
- Operating and maintaining production equipment.
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality and safety.
- Quality Control (BSc/MSc):
- Conducting quality assurance checks and lab testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

- Engineering Support (BE Mechanical, BE Electrical, BE Instrumentation):
- Supporting the maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems in the GIDC facility.

Qualifications:
We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong academic background and a passion for the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Essential qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), Life Sciences (BSc/MSc), or Engineering (BE Mechanical/BE Electrical/BE Instrumentation) from a recognized university.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 0-1 year of internship or project experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is preferred for pharma roles.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or PLC programming is an advantage for engineering positions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in shifts.
- Willingness to relocate to Ankleshwar, Gujarat.
