Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Core Lab Data Management documents, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Perform rigorous validation of data transfers and edit programs to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Execute data cleanup activities through thorough data review, edits, and meticulous maintenance of change logs.
- Ensure secure and accurate external data transfers, adhering to strict confidentiality and security protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of clinical trials.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of data management processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all data-related activities.
- Identify and escalate potential data quality issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in data management and related areas.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related health-related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- 1-2 years of experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong understanding of clinical data management principles is desirable.
- Familiarity with data transfer and validation processes.
