Responsibilities:
As an R&D Consultant – Life Sciences, you will:
- Support strategic consulting programs within the Life Sciences R&D ecosystem, contributing to the development and execution of innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across clinical development, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, and laboratory operations to identify opportunities for improvement and drive impactful change.
- Employ analytical tools such as issue trees, business frameworks, diagnostic models, and operating models to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Support Life Sciences transformation programs, including the implementation of decentralized clinical trials and the modernization of quality management systems.
- Work with industry-leading platforms such as Medidata/Rave, Veeva Clinical Suite & Veeva RIM, ArisG / ARGUS, and lab informatics systems to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
- Conduct client workshops, process mapping sessions, business analysis, and reporting to communicate insights and drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (BE/BTech) with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a Tier-1 institution (preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device).
- Demonstrable experience in management or business consulting.
- Strong understanding of the Life Sciences R&D ecosystem, including clinical development, regulatory affairs, and pharmacovigilance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Core Life Sciences Consulting principles and methodologies.
- Exposure to enterprise Life Sciences software systems.
- Experience in regulatory reporting and pharmacovigilance (PV) systems.

Salary Range:
INR 18,00,000 – 32,00,000 per annum (Salary may vary based on skills, total experience, and interview performance.)
