Job Description:

As a Clinical Data Services Associate, you will play a vital role in the management and integrity of clinical trial data. You will be responsible for various activities related to data collection, validation, and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the clinical data management field, contributing to the success of life-changing medical research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical data management activities, including discrepancy review and query resolution to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the validation of Case Report Forms (CRFs) and electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs), including edit check testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of databases.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reconciliation guidelines and protocol deviation logging processes.
  • Provide support in medical monitoring activities, contributing to the oversight of clinical studies and patient safety.
  • Adhere strictly to established SOPs and relevant regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance in all data management activities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including data managers, clinical monitors, and programmers, within a structured workflow.
  • Be flexible and willing to work in rotational shifts as required to meet project demands.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
    • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
    • Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences, Clinical Data Services, or related areas.
  • Required Competencies:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with team members and stakeholders.
    • Ability to follow structured instructions and SOPs meticulously, ensuring consistency and compliance.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on data quality, ensuring accuracy and reliability of clinical data.

Estimated Salary Range (Industry-based):

₹4,20,000 – ₹7,50,000 per annum (Based on experience, skillset & project alignment)
