Available Positions and Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. Quality Control – HPLC Officer / Sr. Officer

  • Responsibilities:

    • Perform HPLC analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to established procedures and regulatory guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all analyses, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and other relevant standards.
    • Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot HPLC instruments to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
    • Participate in method validation and transfer activities.
    • Contribute to the development and improvement of analytical methods.
  • Experience: 4-6 years

  • Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Sc / B.Sc

2. Quality Assurance – Officer / Sr. Officer (IPQA & Documentation)

  • Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-process quality checks (IPQA) on the shop floor to monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Prepare, review, and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and validation documents to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
    • Handle deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and change control processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of quality issues.
    • Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.
  • Experience: 2-4 years

  • Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Sc / B.Sc

3. Production Packing – Operator / Sr. Operator (HighCart/Stripe Packing Machine)

  • Responsibilities:

    • Operate HighCart and Stripe packing machines efficiently and safely to meet production targets.
    • Ensure blister/cartooning quality meets specified standards and address any deviations promptly.
    • Perform line clearance activities before and after each production run to prevent cross-contamination.
    • Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
    • Maintain accurate production records and report any operational issues to the supervisor.
  • Experience: 2-6 years

  • Qualification: 12th Class or Graduation

4. IT Department – IT Head (Manager)

  • Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the entire IT infrastructure and ERP system to ensure seamless operations and data integrity.
    • Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
    • Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems from threats.
    • Oversee software implementation, upgrades, and maintenance.
    • Manage network infrastructure, servers, and ensure regulatory compliance with IT-related regulations.
  • Experience: 15+ years

  • Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA

5. IT Department – IT Manager

  • Responsibilities:

    • Provide support for day-to-day IT operations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
    • Maintain hardware, software, and user access management, ensuring system security and data integrity.
    • Assist in system upgrades, data backups, and disaster recovery planning.
    • Implement and maintain IT security protocols and procedures.
    • Provide technical support and training to employees.
  • Experience: 10-15 years

  • Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA

General Qualifications Required:

  • Relevant degree as specified for each position (B.Pharma, M.Sc, B.Sc, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or 12th/Graduation).
  • Hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
