Quality Control (QC)
- Responsibilities:
- Performing analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Reviewing analytical data and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Operating and maintaining laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Participating in investigations of out-of-specification (OOS) results.
- Managing LIMS and QMS systems
- Areas of Expertise: Analysis, Document Review, LIMS-QMS, Investigation, Instrumentation
- Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance (QA)
- Responsibilities:
- Conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Managing the quality management system (QMS).
- Reviewing and approving batch records, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other quality documents.
- Managing vendor qualification programs
- Performing IPQA Activities.
- Overseeing validation and qualification activities

- Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining equipment used in the manufacturing of injectable pharmaceutical products, including cleaning, compounding, filling, autoclaving, packaging, sealing, and lyophilization equipment.
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Performing in-process testing and monitoring of critical process parameters.
- Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and resolving production issues.
- Areas of Expertise: Cleaning, Compounding, Filling, Autoclave, Packaging, Sealing, Lyophilization Operation
- Responsibilities:

Microbiology
- Responsibilities:
- Performing microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Monitoring the manufacturing environment for microbial contamination.
- Identifying and characterizing microorganisms.
- Participating in investigations of microbiological excursions.
