Job Description:
We are currently seeking HCC Medical Coders to join our team across the following locations in India:
- Chennai
- Hyderabad
- Bangalore
- Coimbatore
As an HCC Medical Coder, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of patient medical records and contributing to the efficient operation of our RCM processes.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly review and analyze patient medical records to identify relevant diagnoses and procedures.
- Assign accurate ICD and CPT codes based on documentation guidelines and coding principles.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and coding quality standards.
- Support billing and reimbursement processes by providing accurate and timely coding services.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy benchmarks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) and audit teams to identify areas for performance improvement and implement best practices.

- Role: HCC Medical Coder
- Eligibility: Certified or Non-Certified Medical Coders are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Freshers and Experienced Coders are welcome.
