Job Title: Various Positions – Production, QA, QC, Warehouse – API Manufacturing
Job Summary:
Ami Drugs Pvt. Ltd., a well-established API and bulk drug manufacturing company located near Ahmedabad, is seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join our team. We are conducting a walk-in interview on November 27th, 2025, for positions in Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Warehouse departments. Responsibilities and Requirements:
We have openings in the following departments. Specific responsibilities and qualifications are outlined below:
1. Production (API / Hydrogenation)
- Responsibilities:
- Execute API production and hydrogenation operations according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records (BMRs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and validation documents.
- Perform equipment calibration, routine checks, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere strictly to cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- 4–10 years of experience in the API / Hydrogenator industry.
2. Quality Assurance (QA) – API
- Responsibilities:
- Manage AQA, IPQA, batch release processes, and handle deviations, CAPAs, change control, and audits.
- Review analytical data, ensuring compliance with ALCOA+ principles.
- Monitor in-process checks, qualifications, preventive maintenance, and calibration activities.
- Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory standards and cGMP requirements.
- Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or M.Pharma.
- 3–15 years of experience in the API industry.
3. Quality Control (QC) – API
- Responsibilities:
- Perform testing using Gas Chromatography (GC), High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), wet analysis techniques, and conduct stability studies.
- Conduct method validation, instrument qualification, and investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) or Out-of-Trend (OOT) results.
- Maintain accurate cGMP documentation and uphold data integrity standards.
- Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Organic / Analytical Chemistry or M.Pharma.
- 3–15 years of experience in the API industry.
4. Warehouse (Raw Material / Packing Material)
- Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) creation, dispatch, and ERP transactions for Raw Materials (RM) and Packing Materials (PM).
- Ensure cGMP-compliant material handling practices and maintain effective inventory control.
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in an API/pharmaceutical warehouse environment.
