Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to manage and oversee the general administration of our Dewas manufacturing site. The Sr. Officer / Executive – Administration will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various administrative functions, contributing to a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Administration: Oversee and manage all aspects of general administration at the Dewas manufacturing facility.
- Facility Management: Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, canteen operations, transport fleet management, and pest control services.
- Linen & Laundry Management: Handle linen and laundry management activities in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Inventory Management: Raise indents for administrative supplies and maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid shortages and ensure efficient operations.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and revise SOPs related to administration. Manage change control, deviations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) related to administrative processes.
- Contractor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and vendors, ensuring they adhere to all statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all administrative activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: MBA (HR) or any bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical plant administration or facility management.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working in a GMP environment is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
