- Quality Assurance Executive
- Senior Quality Assurance Executive
- Junior Manager – Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance professional at Maithri Drugs, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our API manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- QMS Documentation: Handling and managing Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including Change Control, Deviations, Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigations, and Market Complaints.
- Vendor Qualification: Coordinating and executing the vendor qualification and approval process to ensure the quality and reliability of our suppliers.
- Equipment Validation: Performing equipment, utility, and AHU (Air Handling Unit) qualification/validation activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- CAPA Management: Conducting thorough root-cause investigations for quality issues and implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Audit Support: Supporting internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory audits (USFDA, EU, etc.) by providing necessary documentation and information.
- IPQA Activities: Executing in-process quality assurance (IPQA) activities and performing line clearance on the production floor to ensure adherence to quality standards during manufacturing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: BSc / MSc (Chemistry, Pharmacy background preferred)
- Experience: 2–8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance (API/Bulk drugs preferred). Specific experience requirements will vary based on the position level.
- Skills: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems, GMP guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
