Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Executives to be responsible for IPQA, Validation, and AQA activities at our Gagillapur facility. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulation and a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities:
- Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities on the production floor, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Execute equipment and process qualification and validation protocols according to established procedures.
- Manage Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA) activities, ensuring accurate and reliable data analysis and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and data integrity guidelines.
- Participate in deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Contribute to change control processes, ensuring changes are properly assessed and implemented.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all QA activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), or Master of Science (M.Sc) from a recognized university.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Mandatory experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulation (tablet/capsule manufacturing).
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory guidelines, including but not limited to USFDA, MHRA, and WHO.
- Proficiency in documentation practices and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
