We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Intern – Clinical Validation (Office-Based, Chennai & Bangalore)
Are you a recent Life Sciences graduate eager to launch your career in clinical research?
This internship is designed for motivated individuals with a strong interest in clinical research, validation, and GCP-compliant workflows. As an intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our clinical data and systems. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of software validation protocols.
- Support the testing of clinical applications and internal technology platforms.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for regulatory and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and troubleshoot validation findings.
- Ensure strict compliance with GCP guidelines and global regulatory standards.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences (graduating in 2024 or 2025).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with QA or validation tools is a plus.
- Must be willing to work from our Chennai or Bangalore office.
2. Clinical Data Engineer (Remote Eligible, Chennai & Bangalore)
Are you an experienced data engineer with a passion for transforming clinical data into actionable insights?
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Data Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, creating ETL/ELT frameworks, and ensuring the quality and accessibility of our clinical datasets. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the advancement of clinical research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable data pipelines for ingesting and processing large volumes of clinical datasets.
- Develop and implement ETL/ELT frameworks using cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement automation and quality gates to ensure the accuracy and reliability of clinical data ingestion processes.
- Provide support to downstream teams, including programming, biostatistics, and analytics, by ensuring data is readily available and in the required format.
- Manage and maintain clinical data lakes, warehouses, APIs, and JSON/XML datasets.
Required Expertise:
- Proven experience in data engineering with a focus on clinical data.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, NoSQL, R, and RShiny.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake or Redshift.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins.
- A background in healthcare, CRO, or regulated data ecosystems is highly desirable.

Location:
These positions are open for applicants based in India, with opportunities available in both Chennai and Bangalore. The Clinical Validation Intern position is office-based, while the Clinical Data Engineer role is eligible for remote work within India.
